 Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Pest Management from Simon Fraser University. With over 40 years of global experience in agriculture, he is a seasoned agronomist and entrepreneur. Bruce has led agricultural programs in North America, Africa, and Southeast Asia and is passionate about regenerative farming and bringing practical, scalable solutions to market.

 Diletta holds a Master’s degree in Organic Agriculture from Wageningen University in the Netherlands. With 10 years of experience in the agricultural sector and expertise in customer engagement, she brings deep knowledge of the European organic market and regulatory landscape. She leads marketing, education, and sales initiatives across the EU.

 Dr. Syeda earned her PhD in Microbiology from the University of Karachi. She has five years of experience researching bacterial mycorrhizae and soil microbiomes, with a deep focus on microbe-plant symbiosis. She leads Saluta's microbial R&D programs in Pakistan and plays a key role in strain development and characterization.

Lily earned her Master’s in Engineering from Shanghai University and has 15 years of experience in the sourcing and trading of agricultural inputs. She oversees Saluta’s supply chain, focusing on sourcing raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing global logistics from China to the world.
